まいしゅうまつ　わたしは　かれ「boyfriend」　の　うちに　いきます。　わたしのかれの大学　は　インヂアナ　の　フォルト　ウェイノ　「Fort Wayne」に　あります。　まいしゅうまつ　かれは　フォルト　ウェイノ　から　ソウス　ベンド　まで　きます。くるまで　二じかんぐらい　かかります。

 

せんしゅうまつ、わたしとかれは　ろく本「hon=counter word for movies...according to Wikipedia」ハッリ　ポータ　の　えいが　を　みました　もって「because」　きんようびに　ハッリ　ポータ と　デティ　ハーロス　「Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows...I tried」の　ふうきり「premiere」　が　あります！

こんばんは！　I hope everyone had a relaxing あきやすみ。I was literally in bed for all of mine, sick, and I sit here writing this blog now with a 102 fever...let's see how this turns out :)

わたしのうちに　かえりました。　ｻｳｽﾍﾞﾝﾄﾞに　うちがあります。　わたしのうち　ちさいです。そして、あおい　でし。ﾃﾚﾋﾞが　あります。三匹「hiki=a counter word for small animals」　ねこが　いいますよ。

すみません, the fever and enlarged spleen win. Trust me, my home is not too interesting anyways.

 わたしの　かれ　「boyfriend」！Russellさん　です。He turned にじゅう、I turned じゅうきゅう。 But while we're at it, who else had a たんじょうび on どようび?

The Count is the reason why I got into ﾉﾄﾙﾀﾞﾑ大学。

こんばんは!　きんようび　の　ばん　かれし「boyfriend」　の　うちで　いきました　そして　ばんごはんを　たべました。どようびの　じゅういちじに　おきました。わたし　と　ともだちは　Putt-Puttに　いきました。わたしの　かれしの　うちで　ひるごはんを　たべました　そして　ふとろばるを　みました。どようびに　しゅくだいを　しませんでした。にちようびの　じゅうじに　おきました　そして　しょくどうに　いきました。にちようびの　ごご　うちに　かえりました。ごごじゅうじごろ　わたし　と　かれしは　れーく「lake」に　いきました。きのうの　ばん　にほんごの　しゅくだい　しました。

わたしは　まいにち　ごぜんはちじにじゅっぷんに　おきます。わたしは　あまり　あさごはんを　たべません。　まいにち　ごぜんくじはんに　ｸﾗｽに　きます。わたしは たいてい　ごごいちじに　ひるごはんを　たべます。わたしは　よく　ごじごろ　しゅくだいを　します。わたしは　ごぜんいちじごろ　ねします。

にほんご (Week に)

こんばんは！ﾋﾟｶﾘづです。いちねんせえです。せんこうはにほんごとしゃかいがくです。わたしはあめりかじんです。どおぞよろしく。

Wow, my second blog in and any stranger looking at it would think I'm proficient at Japanese! Not so much...but I must admit I'm pretty excited to know how to type ひらがな on my laptop! After two weeks I've memorized the entire ひらがな alphabet and a few basic phrases such as こにちは and　しつれえします。I have the most trouble pronouncing Japanese r's-they sound like "r","l", and "d" all at once! Hopefully with time I'll get the hang of it and be a pro.
And now for my list of Japanese favorites...

1. Food: Pocky!

I discovered these a few years ago from a Japanese foreign exchange student and have had a love affair ever since. I love both but the strawberry flavor is definitely my favorite of the two.

2. Person: Shigeru Miyamoto　宮本茂

He probably doesn't carry a sword on himself all the time but he's still really impressive. He's the mastermind behind Mario, The Legend of Zelda series, Pikmin, and so much more. Without his brilliant ideas leading the way, Nintendo wouldn't be so...well, amazing.

The show/cards/video games were my childhood. I admit that, in college, I may have brought a few stuffed Pokemon and games with me...some habits never die.
