金曜日 ３月１１日 大きい つなみは 日本に いきました。 今、せんだいは （町は 日本の かいがん 「coast」の ちかくに あります）すいがいち 「flood-damaged area」 です。This video really struck me, I think because of the few words I did catch. You can hear the man repeatedly say "大きい" and count the waves "一、二、三 ぼん、四ぽん！”
But most of all, it was how frantic he sounded, and then むごん 「silence」 as the みず flooded せんだい.

たくさん 人は ほりあげざいく 「relief work」 を します。レド クロース と アメリカ と イギリス。。。そして、ゆうめいな 女。。。
